Smartcom Telephone LLC performed fiber splicing and relocation work to accommodate a TxDOT construction requirement. During this window, some customers experienced intermittent service interruptions as fibers were rerouted and re-terminated.
All work has been completed successfully, and network services have returned to normal operation. Smartcom Network Operations continues to monitor the segment for stability.
